Chinese Bitcoin (BTC) miners are now responsible for controlling as much as 66% of global hash rate.
The Chinese share of hash rate has surged from 60% in June 2019 and is the highest recorded by CoinShares since the firm started monitoring the measure in 2017.
While Sichuan province reportedly accounts for over 50% of the global hash rate, other leading crypto mining centers in China include the provinces of Yunnan, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia. Other hubs include sites in the United States, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Payment Systems
Bank Card
Visa/Master CardIt is one of the most popular methods out there. It does, however, come with two limitations. First, the trader has to use the same card that he previously utilized to credit his account. Second, due to technical peculiarities, the amount of money withdrawn to the card cannot exceed the total deposit made during the last 90 days.

This rule can be illustrated by the following example. Imagine your account balance is equal to $350, of which only $150 have been deposited in the last 90 days. It will take two separate operations to withdraw the remaining funds. First, transfer $150 to the original credit card, then send the residual of $200 using another payment of your choice.

Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards are all accepted. China UnionPay cards can only be used by clients from China (including Hong Kong). IQ Option can also boast the 1st (highest) Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard merchant level.

Thoughts about Russia

Russia has very advanced payment infrastructure. If U.S. has strictly controled by bankers chargeback system, in Russia there is a freedom: no chargebacks, only 1 middleman - the bank itself, no fees, services accessible 24/7 - all transactions are irreverisble & supported by the most popular systems:
Each users of these systems are having access to unregulated by government quick payments, which is irreversible, immediate & fast. And almost 80% of Russian citizens know how to use at least 1 of these systems.
So basically what Andreas Antonopoulos spoke about developing countries isn't touching Russia. Here's a challenge for you - for my 5 years experience with Bitcoin, I've never heard any criticism related to this systems. In other words I never heard why Bitcoin is better than QIWI/SBERBANK/WEBMONEY/YANDEXMONEY. WebMoney even has their WMX Bitcoin wallets integrated, all the other systems oriented on using fiat, but the fiat is pretty quick in Russia.
My basical thought is that Bitcoin community have at least 130 million users in Russia who don't know that they are already using Bitcoin, by using those systems. How? Each of these systems are connect users with simple ability - to send money to each other in the matter of milliseconds. These opens the ability for true P2P exchanges with escrow contracts, since there's no ability to chargebacks (i.e. Multisig).
Think of Bitcoin like any of the language. Cash is face-to-face language - you can talk with people when you approach them face-to-face. QIWI/Sberbank/YM/WM are our electronic languages, basically its a chat system for money in Russia, so yes I'm also considering the money as a content type. So when you're asking Russian - why you start accepting Bitcoin, is the same as asking Russian "Why don't you speak English?". Because they don't want to learn language. Basically this point is valid only because, you should agree with the fact that Bitcoin is also programming language (Bitcoin is a programmable money, it is a digital money, so Bitcoin is programming language, and only after that it is a currency - right?)
So since people can easily talk Russian between each other in Russian (the same way as they can easily talk QIWI/Sberbank/YM/WM) why they need Bitcoin?. Here's my answer. They need Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is an International language. The arguments here goes the same as with an English.
Hidden message to watchmybits: Guys, I really appreciate your project, but you better think multidimentionally, QIWI/Sberbank/YM/WM also offering microtransactions with 0% fee, quick, irreversible, unregulated payments, moreover if you would offer your users to pay for videos using rubles through this system, this wouldn't be really challenging technical task, but in exchange you would get 100 millions of Russians who already know how to use QIWI/SBERBANK/YM/WM. I have another idea for watchmybits: why don't create some PHP-scripts encrypted by zend/whatever (or even opensource), which could help Russian users using QIWI/Sberbank/YM/WM to receive microdonations for their videos.
Let's say you want to help Russian YouTube content creator sell their video to a user for $0.49. All you need to do is to offer them php-script which that YouTube content creator can upload to their official web-site (why someone should upload video on WatchMyBit, when they don't know this platform - its almost like uploading your video on some unknown web-site & then advertising that unknown web-site which even don't speaks Russian).
Appeal to Bitcoin community: you may not speak our national language (Russian) and you may not share our values. But understand that for total success, you have to learn how to speak our Marketing language & our Payment language. Most people don't get Bitcoin, don't teach them. Build your gateways through QIWI/SBERBANK/YM/WM, and penetrate into Russia by introducing services upon QIWI/SBERBANK/YM/WM - that's what Russians expect you to do.

Russian oil payments provider with 9000 gas stations, LemonCard now accepts Bitcoins through the Russian payment system where Bitcoins included!

Today I received email saying 1000 liters of the oil for free for the Bitcoin users!
Here's their web-site (Russian language)
They accept Bitcoins not themselves (not directly) but on appropriate and cheap terms (just 0.8% comission from our national payment system called WM).
The History: Russia created a platform a decade ago called WM for internal money transfer without Visa/MasterCard usage. But such electronical means was popular only within our inside dark markets, 2 years ago WM announced Bitcoin support and even introduced WMX wallets (meaning BTC currency). I even can pay for any ISP in Russia with Bitcoins through convenient WMX wallets automatically converting my Bitcoins into our national roubles through Internal, very cheap rate!
History, for those who want to know what does this means legally. Yes there is some legal problems with Bitcoins in Russia since prokuratura almost prohbited the Bitcoin, but WMs are big enough to count this in their internal policies - and WMs also has internal system of users certification (they authorize users by using centralized authorities).

WebMoney's new Bitcoin integration allows you to convert Bitcoins to a bankcard. Either MasterCard or Visa. Can even withdraw cash at an ATM.

Add Bitcoins to your WMX purse Convert WMX purse credits to your WMZ purse Fund your bankcard with WMZ.
EDIT: Not sure if this would work internationally. I just don't know enough.

Sharing my story: How I used bitcoin to pay my SEO contractor in Russia

As a businessperson (also an occasional trader), I follow the latest trends of the global economy and finance. I am well aware of the unfavourable situation of the Russian ruble. The dynamics of Russia’s national currency are worse than of other fiat currencies. However, I intend to continue my business activities in Russia and continue developing close collaboration with my Russian partners. Although the current financial situation has a negative impact on the payment terms within the partnership, I've managed to find a solution — bitcoin.
For many years I have had a stable and profitable relationship with one of my SEO contractors in Russia. In sight of the current geopolitical situation, last month we've agreed to try a new payment scheme. I have an account on trading platform, so I always can transfer some funds in order to buy BTC. My contractor is using WebMoney, a global settlement system and environment for online business activities. So, he created a WMX wallet, for storing bitcoins. I transferred the necessary amount of BTC from my cex account to his wallet. Afterwards, he exchanged the coin on to the currency of his preference.
My experience proves the possibility of accomplishing international payments via bitcoin – easy, fast and reliable. I see great potential for bitcoin and exchanges like I am convinced that bitcoin will continue to gain popularity in the developing countries as a decentralised and anonymous payment method. High level of inflation, devaluation of the national currency and distrust towards the local banking system will promote Bitcoin’s further development. I am convinced that an alternative payment method or even a substitute for the current banking system, especially in times of financial hardship, is necessary.

Why I believe PayPal won't cause any majoogily to the Bitcoin's price. Example with WebMoney

Okay, alright first of all I'm believe in my head that Bitcoin will finally will be over $3,000. Even though I have no money for purchasing BTC and have 0 bitcoins (its okay because I'm technology believer) - I'm still will be really glad if its price will went to $3,000.
According to theory - all it takes for Bitcoins to went so high - it is for everybody to agree that from tomorrow we will become greedy about giving away Bitcoins at its standard price :) Because we value this product (even though it is not a product, but a digital asset).
But here's few of my reasons why I think it may not be that great deal. 1st of all we still don't know how PayPal exactly will present the Bitcoin feature & how much efforts they will spend for the efforts of informing the PayPal users (& maybe whether Bitcoin community will be able to inform those who don't know about Bitcoin).
Yeah its all about natural growth of userbase.
But the only thing I don't understand is some other example. Our national payment system. I live in Russian and 2 years ago WebMoney our national payment system already introduced WMX units which is equal for 1 mBTC. These units are automatically getting converted to rubles in any store where WebMoney is integrated.
For example if I have my Bitcoins on their central WebMoney server (which is by the way pretty reliable, because WebMoney is a huge company with userbase of 25 millions. Every ISP & even mobile payment provider in Russia is accepting WebMoney - it means that I can pay for any ISP & mobile phone & everything in Russia with Bitcoins using WMX units.
Not everybody love WebMoney in Russia, but 25 millions it is a lot, and many people already got used for WebMoney - but WmTransfer (WebMoney company) doesn't cares about Bitcoin, once it is introduced WMX - they never spoke even a word about Bitcoin, the users figured out themselves that there's opportunity to use Bitcoin to pay for almost everything you want in Russia (of course your WMX is converted to WMWMZ immediately after purchasing, but it happens in the background)
I agree that PayPal is way better than WebMoney both at marketing & usability. But the fact of existing as a payment option itself doesn't means attention yet from the whole masses. Only educated 5% out of PayPal will know about it.
Marketing forces of Bitcoin community will work for PayPal & they on their own even perhaps won't put any ad on TV about Bitcoin & perhaps won't try to reach all of the users with those news. I don't believe that their efforts of informing their users about Bitcoin will be only 1% of what Bitcoin community can do by itself.
So what's your thoughts on these thoughts?

How about mining together? A brilliant idea?)

You know Webmoney now operates bitcoin-purses named WMX.
So,theoretically, we can use webmoney automation tool Capitaller to create a joint account for mining.
It allows to automate incoming and outcoming funds. So we can configure it the way we need for our collective mining.
We can buy hardware together and then mined bitcoins will be automatically distibuted according to contibution of each participant. Each of us will be able to resell his share inside the mining-project.
For webmoney users it is possible for every currency, including WMX(actually stored btc). They use it for USD now, so its worth trying bitcoins))
Does it seem real?
